Two days notice is required for cancellations (EXCEPT graduation & football weekends. They require 2 months notice. All bookings are charged the day before arrival.

No pets are allowed on the property.

Children over 10 years of age are welcome.

There is free parking on the property.

There is a 6% State Tax but no amenities fee or hotel tax.
